All books
can be purchased as follows:
- Individual copies
through PayPal
- Bookstore copies
through PayPal or bookstore account
- Large organization

Ordering
All books are printed as
spiral bound textbooks with their own ISBN and bar code and are available only through
this Web site until picked up by bookstores. If you would like to order one or more copies, please
use the Buy Now button on the Web page. This will take you to a secure PayPal server where you can pay using
any card or your PayPal account. Shipping charges are based on priority mail and should arrive in 3 to 4 days. If you want to make a larger purchase or you are uncomfortable using PayPal, please send me an e-mail
